How do I register?

Click here to register! If you are a current OTS member, you were sent an email invitation to register with the member discount. If you need assistance with the members’ registration link, please contact us at If you are not yet a member and would like to become one and recieve the member discount, you can click on the orange "Register" button, select membership during the registration process, and your fee will be adjusted accordingly.

How do I access the virtual meeting?

If you are registered click the link in the email you were sent or the "Event Login" button in the upper right hand corner to access the online meeting portal.

Do I have to be an OTS member to participate?

No. The OTS Annual Meeting is open to both members and nonmembers but OTS members will benefit by paying a lower registration rate. If you wish to become a member of OTS, you may complete your membership application simultaneously during your meeting registration. For information on membership benefits, click here.

In what time zone is the event scheduled?

All times listed in the event agenda are Eastern Time. We have made considerations in scheduling our programming to serve the needs of our broad, globally-based audience as much as possible.

If your'e unable to make the live sessions the content in will be available via the online meeting portal through December 29, 2021.

Will sessions be recorded and available after the live broadcast?

Yes, all sessions will be available for on-demand viewing so that you can view them at your convenience through December 29, 2021. The content of the on-demand archive is dependent on allowance from speakers to rebroadcast their presentations as part of the on-demand archive. Because of the necessary manual edits, attendees can expect a delay of up to 7 days for on-demand recordings to be available.

Will there be poster sessions?

While the virtual meeting will not have scheduled Poster Sessions, virtual posters will still be an integral part of the meeting and will be available for viewing at your convenience.

How to I submit an abstract?

Submissions are closed for 2021.

What’s the plan for the 2022 Oligo Meeting?
